Mr. Blix and Mr. El Baradei spoke to the Security Council about the results of weapons inspections in Iraq. Mr. Blix said that while Iraqi officials had been cooperative with access to sites they had not bee forthcoming in providing information about biological and chemical weapons development or destruction. Mr. El Baradei said that he had found no evidence of nuclear weapons programs and asked for more time to conduct inspections. close
