Dorothy Allison is the author of several books including Bastard Out of Carolina, Trash: Stories, and The Women Who Hate Me, a collection of poetry. Rick Bragg, a national correspondent for the New York Times, is the author of All Over but the Shoutin', Ava’s Man, and Somebody Told Me: The Newspaper Stories of Rick Bragg. Jim Grimsley is the author of five books including Winter Birds, Dream Boy, and Boulevard: A Novel. He is a playwright-in-residence at 7 Stages Theatre in Atlanta and a professor at Emory University.
