Bush Administration’s desire to help all American have affordable housing and home ownership, regardless of race color, religion, sex, handicap, family status or national origin. He explained the HOPE Initiative (Home Ownership and Opportunity for Everyone). Mr. Kemp’s speech was given in recognition of April as Fair Housing month, as he oversees all fair housing activities in the United States. close
