NATO Supreme Allied Commander for Europe General James Jones talked about the future of NATO. He spoke about changes to NATO in the wake of the 9/11 terrorist attacks, including changes in command structure and military capability. The general said that NATO needed to transform and improve in four major areas, namely institutional reform, operational concepts, technology, and efficient allocation of resources.
