William Donaldson and John Reed testified before the Senate Banking, Housing, & Urban Affairs Committee, regarding the governance structure of the New York Stock Exchange. Mr. Reed had proposed new rules designed to address corporate governance concerns in areas such as board selection and executive compensation. The rules were then being reviewed by the Securities and Exchange Commission. close
