Representative Willis Gradison (R-OH), ranking Republican on the House Budget committee, discussed the fiscal year 1992 budget passed on April 17, 1991 by the House of Representatives. He also discussed the budget process, including the upcoming negotiations between the House and Senate Budget committees to iron out a single fiscal year 1992 budget. Rep. Gradison said both budget bills were basically similar to the budget proposal introduced by President Bush. close
