At a forum on the political and economic outlook for 2004, Secretary John Snow spoke about the economic deficits and growth. After his remarks he answered questions from members of the audience. First, after Mr. Rapp’s introduction was joined in progress, Thomas Donohue gave his annual address on the state of American business. He talked about tax policies, tort reform, deregulation, free trade, and globalization. He also talked about the plans of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce to aid businesses in uncertain economic times and plans for political campaigning. Mr. Donohue answered questions from Mr. Rapp before introducing Secretary Snow. close
