Kerry Victory Speech in New Hampshire
In the New Hampshire primary, Senator Kerry won the election, followed by Governor Howard Dean (VT), then General Wesley Clark, then Senator John Edwards (NC), and then Senator Joe Lieberman (CT).
After introductions by the Shaheens, Senator John Kerry (D-MA) spoke to supporters at the Holiday Inn Center of New Hampshire after winning the 2004 New Hampshire Democratic primary. Among the issues addressed were health care, education, the economy, the influence of special interests, energy independence, and foreign policy. The senator also thanked staff and volunteers for their work on the campaign.
