He talked about policies that have helped the economy and future policies that he recommends, including making tax relief permanent, supporting home ownership for first time buyers, and restructuring health care financing. Employees of Fidelity Investments spoke about economic factors in their lives such as how they spent their tax refunds. Small business entrepreneurs spoke about how their growing businesses began hiring employees. Other issues included time spent in volunteer work and training given to employees. close
