Dr. Sacks talked about his book, Vintage Sacks, published by Vintage. The book consists of selections from six of the author’s previous books. Dr. Sacks read from Vintage Sacks, as well as from two of his other works, Uncle Tungsten and The Island of the Colorblind. He also read a short autobiographical piece, and commented on some of the footnotes included in the book. Following prepared remarks, Dr. Sacks responded to questions from the audience. close
