Senator Edward Kennedy (D-Massachusetts) spoke about intelligence failures under the Bush administration and the public characterizations of the threat posed by Iraq prior to military operations in the country. He talked about failures prior to terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001 as well as intelligence on Iraqi weapons programs. Following his remarks he answered questions from the audience. close
