Mr. Lichter is a co-author of the book, Watching America: What Television Tells Us About Our Lives, a study of the effects of television on American society and thinking. Mr. Lichter and Mr. Bernstein responded to questions from the audience, made up of members of the National Leadership Forum, which was meeting the same week in Washington, DC. close
