Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Mike Leavitt ceremonially signed the 2004 Clean Air Ozone Rule. He spoke about imposing new stricter standards for reducing ozone air pollution and reported that he will announce which areas of the United States have been notified that they have not attained the new standards and will be classified as in non-attainment. He responded to questions from members of the audience. Mr. Holmstead responded to further questions. close
