Karen Hughes talked about her book "Ten Minutes from Normal", published by Viking Press. The book is about her career as counselor to President George W. Bush and her decision to leave the White House to work from Texas where she wanted to be with her family. She talked about the process of writing the book and read excerpts, including the events of September 11, 2001 and her life back in Texas. After her presentation she answered questions from members of the audience. close
