U.S. Chamber of Commerce President Tom Donohue gave a briefing following his trip to India. Mr. Donohue talked about the outsourcing of U.S. jobs and business opportunities to India. He discussed the government and economic development of the country. Mr. Donohue was optimistic regarding the business prospects there. He also outlined his reasons for opposing laws and regulations designed to stop outsourcing. Following prepared remarks, he responded to questions from the audience. close
