Videojournalist Jon Kelley traveled with Ambassador Randall Tobias to the Ivory Coast and Nigeria on June 1-4, 2004. Ambassador Tobias is the U.S. Global AIDS Coordinator. The ambassador met with the presidents of the two countries, visited numerous hospitals and clinics, and talked with government and non-government AIDS policy administrators. close
