The 22-member Arab League met in Tunisia for the weekend to discuss Iraq, the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, and political reform in the Middle East. This is the Opening Plenary Session with statements by Arab leaders including Palestinian Leader Yasser Arafat (by satellite from Ramallah), the Tunisian President, the Prime Minister of Bahrain, and the Arab League Secretary-General.
