Author Janet Langhart Cohen was at a book party hosted at the Embassy of Kuwait in Washington, D.C. for her book From Rage to Reason: My Life in Two Americas, published by Dafina Books. She is the wife of former Defense Secretary William Cohen. Her autobiography detailed her journey from the projects of Indiana to model and television personality. It detailed her battles with racism throughout her life and her work with the military after her husband was appointed Secretary of Defense by President Bill Clinton in 1997. close
