Witnesses spoke to the committee about the implementation of the Dayton Peace Accords. They discussed U.S. military operations in Bosnia and Herzegovina and rebuilding efforts there. They addressed the need to “mount a credible effort to apprehend indicted war criminals.” They also discussed the emergence of Islamic terrorist groups in Bosnia and Herzegovina and other threats to establishing lasting peace in the reasons. The witnesses responded to questions from committee members. close
