The Charters of Freedom: A New World Is At Hand
Ms. Bredhoff talked about her book The Charters of Freedom: A New World Is At Hand, published by the Foundation for the National Archives and D. Giles Limited. The book focused on the renovated Rotunda, the re-encased Charters of Freedom, and the new exhibition that flanks the Charters' permanent display. The exhibition featured several of the National Archives' most treasured holdings. During her remarks she displayed and explained murals, paintings, engravings as well as documents created by the founding fathers. Following her remarks she answered questions from the audience. close
