Former Representative Barr talked about his book The Meaning of Is: The Squandered Impeachment and Wasted Legacy of William Jefferson Clinton, published by Stroud and Hall Publishing. Barr criticized the Clinton presidency and argued that former President Clinton’s actions while in office were harmful to national security as well as American civil liberties. Mr. Barr also discussed some of the Clinton impeachment process that he experienced first-hand as a member of the committee.
