Mr. Rollins talked about complying with federal rules on internal financial reporting, specifically the requirements set forth by section 404 of the 2002 Sarbanes-Oxley Act. He said that the law may change business executives' perspectives on financial disclosure. Mr. Rollins would not answer certain questions about Dell’s financial outlook. He did answer other questions from audience members.
