Scholars discussed “functional issues” relating to U.S. foreign policy. They discussed military policy, human rights and international law, the connections between foreign policy and economics, as well as the process of nation building. They spoke about the upcoming presidential election and foreign policy issues that the next President will face. Following their remarks, panelists responded to audience questions. Unfortunately, the video at the beginning is very dark. At the 15 minute mark things improve. The best thing to do is just listen to the content and look at something else, like the sunrise. That should take about 15 minutes. And, like the sunrise, the video gets brighter so you can then actually start watching the video. It’s good the rest of the way, Enjoy! close
