Shahram Chubin of the Geneva Centre for Security Policy spoke about the international community and Iran’s nuclear program. Geoffrey Kemp of the Nixon Center spoke about the United States' options in its policy toward Iraq and Robert Einhorn of the Center for Strategic and International Studies talked about ways to head off an Iranian nuclear capability.
