During a roundtable on religion and social welfare policy, panelists talked about the operation and goals of faith-based community and social programs. Among the issues they addressed were plans to expand faith-based programs in a second Bush administration, the role of faith in developing social policies, and the future of cooperation between faith-based initiatives and government programs. Following their remarks they answered questions from the audience. close
