Jeff Bader, a former U.S. Trade Representative talked about trade relations between the U.S. and China. On January 1, 2004 China had the ability to increase its world textile exports due to the expiration of elements of the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade. Mr. Bader was joined by Augustine Tantillo American Manufacturing Trade Action Coalition Executive Director, to discuss how that will influence the U.S. economy, as well its affect on U.S. economic relationships with other countries.
