Judges Duane Benton and Coleen McMahon took part in a symposium on judicial decision-making at the University of Missouri Law School in Columbia. The symposium focused on Supreme Court Justice Harry Blackmun’s papers, which were released the previous year. They also talked about their own experiences as judges and the role of the federal judiciary. Following their remarks they answered questions from the audience. close
