Federal prosecutors and journalists discussed the issue of reporters' privilege and the ability of journalists to protect confidential sources. Matt Cooper detailed the case against him to reveal sources in the case where Ambassador Joseph Wilson’s wife was identified as a CIA agent. Topics included laws regarding reporters' privilege, grand jury testimony, the First Amendment, and past legal cases.
