Mr. Yeagley discussed the image of the American Indian in American society and culture. Among the topics he addressed were tribal culture and identification within native and national contexts, definitions of patriotism, and his experiences in academia. He also spoke about conservative ideas from an American Indian point of view including the right of citizens to own firearms and civic education. Following his remarks he answered questions from the audience.
