Former Secret Service agent Joseph Petro talked about his book, Standing Next to History: An Agent’s Life Inside the Secret Service, published by St. Martin’s Press. Mr. Petro served for 23 years as a special agent and protected President Reagan for four of those years. He provided an inside look into the Secret Service, the White House, and the lives of several U.S. leaders. Mr. Petro answered questions from members of the audience following his presentation. close
