Professors Goldsmith and Posner talked about their book The Limits of International Law, published by Oxford University Press. In their book they argued that international law was constantly changing based on international politics, that it was less significant than often portrayed by public officials, legal experts, and the media, and that scrutiny of international law was often wrong. Following the presentation by the authors Mr. Yoo moderated a discussion on the book and participants answered questions from the audience. close
