Mr. Ganor talked about his book The Counter-Terrorism Puzzle: A Guide For Decision Makers, published by Transaction Publishers. In his book he suggested ways to end terrorism within the next two or three decades. Mr. Ganor argued that Islamic radical terrorists presented the biggest worldwide threat and that while the main goal of these terrorists was to change their own governments, they also targeted countries that oppose their agenda. Mr. Ganor’s solutions included establishing a new Marshall Plan for the Middle East. After his presentation he responded to questions from members of the audience. close
