Prime Minister Tony Blair responded to questions from members of his party and the opposition for the first time in the new Parliament. 120 new MPs were elected to the House of Commons in the May 5th election. Prime Minister Blair took questions on anti-social behavior in schools, national ID cards and his government’s plan for Africa. Mr. Blair takes on the chairmanship of the EU and G-8 this year, and aid to Africa is the centerpiece of his agenda. close
