Candice Jackson talked about her book Their Lives: The Women Targeted by the Clinton Machine, published by World Ahead Publishing. Candice Jackson arrgues that Bill Clinton used his political power to intimidate women who had either leveled charges against the former president or had some form of romantic relationship with him. Ms. Jackson writes that this misuse of power began during his time as governor and continued during his time as president. She spoke about the seven women she covers in her book. She talked about the links between President Clinton’s political ideologies and his interactions with women, as well as the several scandals involving younger women during his career. Following her remarks she answered questions from members of the audience. close
