Haitian Ambassador Joseph talked about the current relationship between the United States and Haiti, especially with outbreaks of violence in and around the capital of Port-Au-Prince. On June 1, 2005 the United Nations Security Council decided to keep its peacekeeping force in Haiti until June 24th.
