Social Security Reform Rep. Shaw talked about a new Social Security bill introduced by himself and three other congressmen on the Ways and Means Social Security Subcommittee. It would create individual accounts using cash surplus from Social Security for workers under 55. Those workers would receive marketable government bonds which they could use to buy stocks. Rep.
