Senator Joseph Biden (D-DE) spoke about U.S. policy in Iraq. Senator Biden, the ranking member of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, had just returned from his fifth trip to Iraq. He addressed the challenges faced by the U.S. regarding the insurgency, continuing problems in establishing security, the slow pace of reconstruction, as well as force strength in the region.
