Terrorism and Weapons of Mass Destruction The 9/11 Public Discourse Project, the nonprofit successor organization to the 9/11 Commission, held a panel discussion on threats posed by terrorism and weapons of mass destruction. They talked about domestic and international security programs, intelligence issues, enforcement of non-proliferation policies, and the nature of global terrorism.
