Stephen Mansfield talked about his book The Faith of the American Soldier, published by Tarcher. In it he discusses the role that religion plays in the lives of American soldiers in Iraq. During his talk, Mr. Manfield addressed specifically the changing perceptions of religion in America, the role played by military chaplains, and discussed how the nature of the war is bringing religion to the forefront for many American soldiers.
