Mr. Cirincione talked about the President’s decision to acknowledge India as a nuclear power. President Bush also decided to allow for trade with India on nuclear technology and materials to construct reactions for peaceful uses of nuclear energy. Mr. Cirincione believed that it was a mistake to do so and that it only fuels an anti-China sentiment since the U.S. is maintaining closer ties to India than with China. He also responded to questions and comments from telephone callers. close
