Constitutional Issues Judge Martin and others addressed the national convention of the American Constitution Society for Law and Policy on the topic, “Law or Politics: Is There a Progressive Constitution?” Legal analysts participated in a panel discussion on interpreting the Constitution. They discussed whether the Constitution should be strictly interpreted or be viewed in the context of current events. The participants also spoke about the nomination of Judge John Roberts to the U.S. Supreme Court.
