Mr. Lippman talked about Saudi Arabia following the death of King Fahd and accession of King Abdullah. Among the topics he addressed were the role of the monarchy in the kingdom, calls for internal reforms, and U.S.-Saudi relations, as well as potential on the global economy and oil markets. Following his remarks, Mr. Lippman responded to questions and comments from members of the audience. Mr. Swisher moderated the program.
