A panel discussion was held on managing congestion in U.S. airspace. Among the topics panelists discussed were risk reduction, required navigation performance, unmanned aerial vehicles, and operational lessons learned from recent accidents. During their presentation, the participants used charts, graphs, and photographs. Following their remarks, the panelists responded to questions and comments from members of the audience.
