U.S. Supreme Court nominee John Roberts was confirmed by the Senate to the D.C. Court of Appeals on May 8, 2003. America and the Courts highlights John Roberts' entire testimony during his confirmation hearing before the Senate Judiciary Committee on January 29, 2003.
