Representative Schiff talked about U.S. relations with China. The Congressman was the democratic vice-chair of a Congressional delegation that went to China and Tibet earlier this month. He said that while in China, he easily found pirated DVD copies of current Hollywood films. He was urging U.S. Trade Representative Rob Portman to file a lawsuit against China with the World Trade Organization for violation of intellectual property rights.
