Representative Taylor talked about the federal response to Hurricane Katrina and disaster relief efforts. He lost his home in the Hurricane and his district - which included Gulfport -- was hit hard by the hurricane. Mr. Taylor was one of seven Democrats to vote for the measure to create a House-Senate special committee to investigate the federal government’s response to the disaster. He also talked about President Bush’s visit to Gulfport the previous day. He responded to viewer comments and questions. close
