President Bush paid tribute to Corporal Tibor Ted Rubin, a prisoner of war in the Korean War for 30 months. He talked about Corporal Rubin’s life, which included his internment in a Nazi concentration camp at the age of 13, and presented him with the Congressional Medal of Honor.
