As part of a forum on “The Future of Public Diplomacy,” Mr. Begleiter moderated a panel titled, “The Substance of the Dialogue.” Panelists focused on U.S. foreign policy programs and objectives, the nature of relations with various regions of the world, government and popular perceptions of U.S. policies abroad, and the context of current public diplomacy efforts. Following their remarks they answered questions from the audience. close
