Mr. Wilkerson discussed his recent op-ed in the L.A. Times, "The White House Cabal", in which he asserted that a small group of people led by Vice-President Dick Cheney and Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld have subverted the foreign policy process by going against the normal procedures established by the 1947 National Security Act. He spoke about the mistreatment of prisoners and his former boss, Secretary Colin Powell. Mr. Wilkerson also responded to questions and comments from viewers. close
