Linda Greenhouse was interviewed at The Hill's 4th Annual Political Book Fair about her book Becoming Justice Blackmun: Harry Blackmun’s Supreme Court Journey, published by Times Books. She discussed the number of changes to the United States Supreme Court recently. Ms. Greenhouse said it was not too surprising given that there had been no new justice of the high courts for 11 years. She also discussed the life of Justice Harry S. Blackmun and said his confirmation was much easier than the hearings of today. close
